Magical Oil for Back Pain

This is the magical oil for back pain: Grate 250 gms of ginger and keep it aside. Now melt pure desi ghee in a pan & put the ginger in it. Sim the gas and cover the utensil. Keep the utensil on small burner on very low flame. Let the ginger changes its color to brown on sim gas. Do not open the lid for more than few seconds. As soon as the the color of the ginger changes to dark brown, switch off the gas and let it cool without opening the lid. When it cool down properly, with the help of a strainer keep the oil in another container and keep it aside. Whenever you or any one in your family get acute back pain, use this oil to massage for at least 10 minutes and cover the back with cloth so that air will not pass.

Instant Relief from High Blood Pressure

If you or anyone of your family member is suffering from High Blood Pressure then try this for instant relief: Always keep soda water in your fridge. Give the patient in small amounts in case of any emergency.  Drink as much of water you can in a day. You can also use coconut water. The main purpose is to keep your body hydrated. Take 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar 3 times a day. Dilute it with about a cup of water. This works quickly and effectively. These are some of the tips which can be followed for instant relief. 

Boost up your Child energy with some simple tips!!

Are your child feeling tired most of the time, not yet active as before. Do you feel that normal food is not enough for him to meet his body requirements? Then please follow these simple tips & you will definitely see the results in 2-3 months.  In breakfast, give your child 2 bananas, with one cup of warm milk with 1 tbsp of honey added to it. Soak 4 almonds in a bowl of milk for overnight. Now in the morning peel them and crush. Add 2 tbsp of honey to it. For children below 5 years decrease the number of almonds to 2 only & honey accordingly. Beat one whole egg in a cup and add 1 tbsp of honey in it. Beat well for at least 2 minutes with a fork. Now add warm milk to it. You can also add his/her favorite supplement in it for flavor. Give this to your child at least twice in a week in beginning. You can increase if it better suits your child.
