Boost up your Child energy with some simple tips!!
- In breakfast, give your child 2 bananas, with one cup of warm milk with 1 tbsp of honey added to it.
- Soak 4 almonds in a bowl of milk for overnight. Now in the morning peel them and crush. Add 2 tbsp of honey to it. For children below 5 years decrease the number of almonds to 2 only & honey accordingly.
- Beat one whole egg in a cup and add 1 tbsp of honey in it. Beat well for at least 2 minutes with a fork. Now add warm milk to it. You can also add his/her favorite supplement in it for flavor. Give this to your child at least twice in a week in beginning. You can increase if it better suits your child. Some children complain stomach upset in the beginning so you can decrease the egg amount to half instead of full. But if the child remains active this will not harm in any way.
- In evening give him some soak soyabean nuggets. You can soak the soyabean nuggets just 10 minutes before giving it. Sprinkle some salt on it.
- Wash 100 gms of 'black channa' properly and let it dry under fan properly. When it dried properly grind it in the mixer. Keep this in the airtight container. Whenever you make chapati for your child use this as a stuffing and make chapati.
Honey can be replaced by sugar in winters. Or you can decrease its quantity. In milk, you can also add his favorite supplements for flavor.
