Curd for Hair : Good or Bad
We often listen that the use of Curd for our skin, hair & health also. Curd has various nutrients in it which makes our hair & skin smooth & shining.
Lets discuss first some of the benefits of Curd for Hair:
- Take one bowl of curd (or as required according to the length of your hair), and mix 2 tbsp of olive oil/coconut oil or mustard oil in it. Mix it well and massage in the roots of the hair first and then on hair. After one hour wash your hair with normal shampoo. Do not hair dryer for drying your hair. You can do this treatment at least once in one week or 10 days for getting smooth & shining hair. This treatment is for more rough & dry hair.
- For normal hair you can skip oil in it and do the rest.
- It will also helpful to remove dandruff.
Now coming to the point about the negative point of curd using on your hair. Always remember not to use sour curd on your hair. It will result in grey hair very soon. Sour curd turns is not good for our hair.
